We are all aware of job websites like monster.com, hotjobs.com and flipdog.com. What is interesting is that even in Pakistan, people are fast turning to the Net to find their dream job/employee. You will find sites sprouting up every day, all of them claiming to be the first of their kind. While the sites are doing a decent job, most of them are not yet fully operational. That maybe due to the fact hesitation on the part of Pakistanis to give out personal information on the Net. Hence, these sites which require online registration still need to go a long way before they can be anywhere near the likes of Monster.com.
